Martine Pollard joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield in November 2021 to lead strategy and engagement in Northwest Arkansas. She oversees market growth, provider strategy, and partnerships that advance new business opportunities and support sales and account teams. As a community-centered strategist, she also builds connections with business leaders, healthcare providers, decision-makers, and local government, while heading the organization’s Northwest Arkansas Corporate Center in Springdale.

Her career spans public and private sectors, including advancing a $250 million healthcare delivery plan, leading nonpartisan government affairs, and producing award-winning public health campaigns. A trusted voice in the state, she has served on boards including Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), Crafton Tull, the Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce, and Excellerate Foundation.

Born abroad in a U.S. military hospital and raised across Europe and the South, Martine brings a global perspective and a strong commitment to place-based impact. She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. She and her husband, David, a Bentonville Public Schools teacher and coach, have two children. She believes in building what matters—where it matters—together.
