In July 2021, Jeffrey Fratesi was named Director of Enterprise Underwriting for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. He is responsible for providing oversight to all underwriting functions for all statewide and regional individual and group business. He’s also responsible for distribution channel compensation.
Jeffrey began his career at Arkansas Blue Cross in 2004, as a regional financial risk manager. In this role, Jeffrey led his team in managing licensing, appointments and compensation for all agents and brokers who sell and service Arkansas Blue Cross health plans.
Fratesi holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) at Oxford, Mississippi.
