Dispatch is a unique in-home care solution that provides members with acute and bridge care. Dispatch provides an alternative to emergency rooms and helps address barriers to care many members may face, such as lack of transportation. A team of Care Providers (typically an RN and technician) can treat nearly every condition a typical urgent care clinic can. Members call the local Dispatch number to schedule appointments, and Dispatch typically visits within two hours. Dispatch is available seven days per week including holidays.
