Chad has been in sales since he was 10 years old. He has over 31years of sales experience with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. As the Small Group Market Manager, Chad leads the sales cycle, marketing strategy, product development, and financial management for all small group offerings for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. He partners closely with the Small Group Account Broker Representatives and appointed Agents to build relationships and identify, cultivate, and qualify prospects by product, location, industry, or competitor, to maximize sales opportunities.

Chad joined ABCBS in 1996 as a sales representative and PCN plan board manager before becoming a Regional Sales Manager in 2001. For the past 5 years, he has served as Small Group Market Manager for the entire state of Arkansas. Before joining ABCBS, Chad worked for Chick-fil-A, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, as a business consultant, selling CHIKIN. He is a Certified Health Consultant and a Professional in the Academy of Healthcare Management. He earned his BBA in International Business and Marketing from Baylor University. Sic’em Bears!

Chad and Suzetta, the love of his life, have been married for more than 28 years. They live in Texarkana, Texas, and have two sons. Chad enjoys the outdoors, hunting with his sons, traveling, and spending time with his family. Every day, he puts his life on the line for Mother Blue!
