Sally McDonald joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield in 2013, beginning her career in Claims Operations before transitioning into technical and leadership roles within System Configuration and Technology. She currently serves as Director of Configuration, where she is responsible for enrollment and claims adjudication configuration across the AMISYS platforms, supporting both fully insured and self-funded lines of business.

In her role, Sally partners with a wide range of stakeholders, including Strategic Accounts, Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Technology teams, to ensure systems effectively support business objectives and deliver intended outcomes. Her work focuses on aligning technology solutions with operational and customer needs while driving accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Sally earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013. She resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, with her husband, Josh, and they are excited to be welcoming their first child this fall.
