Erin Maxwell serves as Vice President of Claims at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield (ABCBS), bringing over 28 years of experience in customer service, including two decades with ABCBS. Throughout her tenure, Erin has held key leadership roles across multiple departments, including Customer Service, Claims, and Quality Assurance, where she has driven initiatives to improve operational excellence and member satisfaction.

Erin holds a PHIAS certification from the Academy for Healthcare Management and is a graduate of the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in applied communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In recognition of her leadership and impact, Erin was named a “Woman to Watch” by Soiree Magazine in 2024.
