Candace Johnson, LCSW, CCM, PAHM, is a Supervisor of Medical Social Work at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where she leads a team of licensed clinical social workers focused on helping members overcome barriers that affect their health and well-being. With more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, nonprofit leadership, community research, and population health, she is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable populations and supporting person-centered care. Candace earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas and her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Association for Infant Mental Health.

Outside of work, Candace enjoys spending time with her husband of 29 years, their two adult daughters, cheering on the Razorbacks, and traveling whenever she can.
