Teohnna Hunter joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield in May 2023 and currently serves as a Customer Service Representative III, where she is dedicated to helping members navigate their healthcare journey and delivering exceptional customer service. A graduate of the Spring 2026 Blue Path Program, Teohnna is passionate about leadership development, employee engagement, and community impact. She serves as Co-Chair of the Enterprise Employee Committee Blood Drive, supporting initiatives that promote wellness and volunteerism across the organization. Outside of work, Teohnna serves as Communication and Media Vice President of The 4300 Club of Professionals, a nonprofit organization focused on leadership, networking, professional development, and community service.
