Jacqueline “Jackie” Heaven-Ah Hi serves as Vice President of Group Member Administration and Sales Implementation for Cambia Health Solutions. With more than two decades of experience in health plan operations and over 21 years with Cambia, Jackie leads teams responsible for employer group onboarding, membership administration, sales implementation, and operational delivery supporting members, employer groups, brokers, and internal business partners.

Jackie currently serves as an HPO business leader for the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Affiliation Integration Planning Team (ARI), partnering across organizations to guide operational planning, readiness, and integration strategy. Her work focuses on aligning operational capabilities, business processes, and execution roadmaps necessary to support successful affiliation planning and Day 1 readiness.

Throughout her career, Jackie has been passionate about building customer-centered operations, developing high-performing teams, and creating operational models that deliver exceptional member experiences while supporting long-term organizational growth.
