Jacqueline “Jackie” Heaven-Ah Hi is Vice President of Group Member Administration and Sales Implementation at Cambia Health Solutions. Jackie has spent more than 20 years leading operational teams across health plan administration, customer experience, provider operations, and implementation functions. She currently serves as a HPO business lead for the Arkansas Affiliation Integration Planning Team, helping guide operational planning and readiness efforts between Cambia and Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Jackie brings extensive experience in large-scale operational transformation, integration planning, customer-focused operations, and organizational leadership. Her passion is building teams and processes that simplify complex work while keeping members and customers at the center of every decision.
