Lindsay Harris leads the performance and growth of Cambia’s health plan business across the company’s five-state footprint. She oversees the teams that help drive growth and deliver value to customers, including Commercial and Individual Sales, Marketing, Product, Network and Health Services.
Lindsay has more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience with a focus on expanding access to affordable, high-quality care and building teams that deliver strong results. She previously served as president and chief executive officer of Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA), a Cambia company.
Throughout her career, Lindsay has worked to make the healthcare system easier to understand and use. Her work has focused on creating products and services that help people stay healthy and get the care they need.
Before joining Cambia, Lindsay held program management, evaluation and consulting roles at Premera Blue Cross, Mathematica Policy Research and the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Knox College and a master’s degree in public policy, with a focus on health policy and program evaluation, from Georgetown University.
Lindsay extends her focus on health and access through community involvement, including her work on the Cambia Health Foundation board and as chair of the American Heart Association’s Puget Sound 2027 Go Red for Women campaign.
