Mollie is the Director of Human Resources Administration and has over 25 years of human resources experience both in the United States and internationally. She joined ABCBS in 2019 having previously worked for 9 years with Heifer International. Prior to that, Mollie was the Director of Human Resources for Philander Smith College, and prior to that she was the Human Resources Manager for the Department of Psychiatry at UAMS. Mollie is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management as a Certified Professional and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In Mollie’s role at ABCBS, she is responsible for oversight of the employee relations issues, immigration, onboarding, affirmative action, federal contractor compliance, and policy administration. She is currently supporting a team of 8 great employees. Besides spending time with her family and friends, Mollie enjoys baking, cooking, entertaining, drawing mandalas, and would love to be able to adopt a Jack Russell puppy.
