Biranda Lumpkin is a Learning Consultant for Enterprise Learning and Development at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Prior to her current role, Biranda spent three years as the Co-Director for the Arkansas Public Administration Consortium at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she also served as an Executive Board Member for the National Certified Public Manager® Consortium. Additionally, Biranda brings experience as a faculty development specialist and Public Speaking instructor, both positions held within the University of Arkansas System. Outside of the university setting, Biranda brings three additional years of leadership experience working for Target as an executive team leader. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Arts from the University of Arkansas. Both degrees are in the fields of Communication Studies/Speech Communication and Broadcast Journalism.
