Cassie is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, who has served in a variety of capacities from Corporate Recruiting to HR Management, as well Staff Training and Leadership Development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Arkansas State University and a Master’s degree in HR Management from Webster University. She began her service at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in July 2015 as an HR Business Partner and transitioned to Learning Consultant in January 2018. As a Learning Consultant, Cassie facilitates leadership and professional development classes and serves as a consultant on workplace learning and talent management.
