Grady McCorkle, MBA, CISSP, PMP is the Director of Workforce Planning for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. In this role, he is responsible for Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement Surveys. Leadership responsibilities include Organizational Change Management, Workday HCM, and Talent Acquisition.

Grady is a member of the boards of Life Skills for Youth and the Bedford Falls Project; both are non-profit organizations supporting local communities. He also co-founded the Central Arkansas Leadership Development Forum, a best-practice and benchmarking network of professionals in Arkansas who are responsible for talent enablement in their organizations.
