Macy Stratton is a Business Systems Analyst in the IS Configuration Benefit Administration QA – Membership department. She graduated from Harding University with a B.B.A in accounting and information systems with a minor in project management. In the fall, she will graduate with a master’s in health informatics with a concentration in user experience. While in undergrad, Macy participated in the intern program in the summers of 2018 and 2019. After her first internship, Macy was confident that she wanted to begin my career at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. This was largely due to the mentorship received during the program, the vast variety of learning opportunities, and overall mission and values of the company.

On a personal note, Macy enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, and cooking. She attend Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.
