Holly is a Certified Group Facilitator and Leadership Coach, who has served in a variety of organizational development roles in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Relations from the University of Northern Colorado, a master’s degree in Intercultural Management from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont, and a post-bachelorette in Spanish from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She began her service at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in October 2015 as an Instructional Media Developer and transitioned to the role of Learning and Organizational Development Consultant (Learning Consultant) in October 2017. As a Learning Consultant, Holly provides leadership coaching, team building, strategic planning, leadership training, succession planning, and on occasion, comic relief, to leaders throughout the organization. With too many hobbies to list, assume she is filling her free time doing something active or fun.
