Karen Bagley, CCP/CBP, joined the HR team as Benefits & Compensation Manager in January 2018, following stints in multiple domestic and international organizations in a variety of HR generalist and specialist positions. Among other initiatives and special projects, she is spearheading a multi-year effort to provide standardized job profiles with career levels for job families within the enterprise which may be used across functional areas and provide a greater sense of equity among peers working in similar positions throughout the enterprise.
