• Dose 2 administered on July 16
• Anyone 12 years old or older is eligible.

There is no out-of-pocket cost to receive the vaccine, but you should bring a photo ID and an insurance card, if you have one. A follow-up appointment will be scheduled when you receive your first dose. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment.

There will be volunteers on-site to check you in and direct traffic. This vaccination clinic will be held rain or shine.
