We offer a paid, 10-week learning experience from May 31 – August 12 within various departments that could be your perfect fit! Please join us to learn more about the program, while making a favorable impression that will help your application stand out from the crowd.
About the Program
The 2022 Summer Internship Program at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is a key source for identifying, attracting, and developing future talent within our company. We are seeking self-motivated candidates who possess a strong technical aptitude, keen analytical, problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and leadership skills.
This program is a great way to gain a head start on your career by working on meaningful projects, learning valuable skills, connecting with employees and managers throughout the company, and potentially building a future career. Through hands-on relevant work experience, the internship program will allow you to learn the business of Arkansas Blue Cross.
Interns receive professional coaching and participate in team building exercises. Weekly leadership forums are required where you will participate in open discussions regarding the the business and culture.
Positions are available in central and northwest Arkansas with potential remote opportunities. Relocation expenses will not be paid.
