Sight Seeing City Pass:
We are thrilled to inform you that as part of your stay, you will each receive a complimentary New York City Pass that grants you access to some of the city’s most iconic attractions for 72 hours, valid from Monday through Wednesday. This pass is your ticket to explore the best of New York City, from downtown to uptown, and beyond. 

Your City Pass includes entry to a range of must-see sights and experiences, such as:

• Downtown attractions
• Uptown landmarks
• Statue of Liberty
• Central Park
• Museum of the City of New York
• Skyscraper Museum
• Night tour with an entertaining host (reservation is required)
• The Harry Potter Store

Subway:
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that you have a secure experience. Therefore, we advise you against taking the subway due to concerns of safety and crime in area.

July 21: PRA is our event’s transportation provider. A PRA representative will arrive 15 minutes prior to your flight’s scheduled landing. Head to your airline’s designated baggage claim area, look for signage that reads USAble, and the representative will escort you to the vehicle.

July 25: A PRA representative will be available in the hotel lobby to direct passengers to their appropriate vehicle.

Bring comfortable, light weight clothes for any daytime, casual activities. Sunglasses and sunscreen are staples in the summer with an average temperature at 76F. Comfort should be a top priority when it comes to footwear if you’re dutifully doing your job as a tourist. Expect to walk a lot and keep your feet happy.

Enjoy breakfast, Monday through Thursday at the Lotte New York Palace's Pomme Palace or Villard Restaurant, known for New American cuisine and storybook setting.

No, tickets for the game were purchased based on the final guest count of the sign-up form, and unfortunately, we are unable to make further arrangements. We understand that plans can change and oversights happen, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

As part of our special gathering, we will be dividing the larger group into smaller, intimate groups for dinners at a variety of fantastic restaurants in the area. Please note that group assignments will be determined by leadership after registration closes. We look forward to sharing this unique experience with you.

Yes, we value the opportunity for employees to bring guests and enhance their experience, which is why registration includes you and one guest. However, please be aware that additional guests will incur personal expenses that will be invoiced to you at a later date.
