Ample parking is available in the Embassy Suites Hotel's surface lots and garage.

  • Enter the hotel through the front entrance and make an immediate right. Walk past the front desk, lobby, and elevator suite into the pre-meeting space. The door to Riverfront I-III will be directly in front of you.
     
  • From the parking garage, head north to the elevators. Take the elevator to Level 1 Lobby. You’ll enter the building through the pre-meeting space.  The door to Riverfront I-III will be right there. 

Sleeping rooms are blocked at the Embassy Suites Hotel, March 6-7, for guests who work in regional offices and retail stores including Jonesboro, Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Texarkana and the Northwest Arkansas Corporate Center. Their reservation fee will be charged to the event. If you work in a central office and request lodging, the room will be charged to your department's cost center at $149 per night.

You'll be prompted to select lodging on the registration form. Choose your check-in and check-out dates and enter a personal credit card for incidental purposes only. 

Enjoy all day beverage service throughout the conference.

Day 1 Plated Lunch (Rock Island IV)

  • Salad: Spinach salad with mandarin oranges, cranberries, walnuts, and balsamic dressing
  • Entrée: Chicken Florentine, beef short rib in a red wine sauce, mashed potatoes and broccolini 
  • Dessert: Italian cream cake and Belgian waffles topped with strawberries and brandy sauce

Day 1 Evening Reception (Atrium)
Starts at 5 p.m.

  • Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres including Spanakopita, tomato bruschetta, Chipotle roasted shrimp, Papaya mango relish, miniature Beef Wellington, and vegetable egg rolls

Day 2 Breakfast (Rock Island V-VII)
Breakfast service will begin at 7:30 a.m. 

  • Made-to-order omelet station: White ham, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, sausage, cheese and spinach
  • Continental breakfast: Seasonal fruit, freshly baked breads, pastries, and bagels accompanied with cream cheese, butter, jams, fruit preserves and honey. Chilled juices include orange, apple, cranberry and grapefruit. 

Day 2 Deli Lunch (Foyer IV)

  • Turkey with smoked Gouda, bacon, and lettuce on Focaccia. Roast beef with Bleu cheese, Arugula, and tomato on Brioche. Vegetarian on spinach wrap. All deli lunches are served with pasta salad, chips, and dessert.
