  • The Embassy Suites by Hilton Hot Springs Hotel and Spa is the primary hotel for guestroom accommodations with overflow at the Oaklawn Racing Resort Hotel. Once the room block at the Embassy Suites has been fulfilled, registrants will be directed to select Oaklawn during registration. Please do not make your own reservations as rooming lists will be submitted to both hotels for all our guests.

  • Employees who work in the following offices may check-in May 7: Northwest Arkansas Corporate Center, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, Pine Bluff, and Rogers. Employees who work in these offices may check-in May 8: Gaines, USAble Corporate Center, Hot Springs, and Midtown. All guests must checkout May 9.

  • Registrations must be finalized by Thursday, April 4, due to the upcoming submission of the rooming lists to the hotels. All guestrooms will be charged to the event's master bill. A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals only.

  • Please contact leadershipforum@arkbluecross.com to assist with any modifications. If the cost of your guestroom exceeds the negotiated rate beyond the registration deadline (April 4), the respective employee's cost center will be responsible for covering the additional expense.

As we gear up for the Leadership Forum, we would like to remind all participants that this event is designed as a working meeting rather than a corporate retreat. The focus will be to gain deeper insights into the company’s operations, initiatives, and other divisions. Please do not post event photos on social media.

During the forum, we encourage all leaders to take initiative in creating valuable networking opportunities. This can be achieved by actively engaging with colleagues from different divisions. Consider sitting at tables with individuals who you may not know, take the opportunity to introduce yourselves, and utilize time during breaks, lunch, and the reception to connect with fellow leaders. Additionally, we recommend arranging dinners with your respective teams to foster a greater sense of camaraderie.

Please see the attached parking diagram. Look for digital signage in the convention center to Horner Hall.

May 8
The Church Street lot is closest to the Hot Springs Convention Center. Parking is free and you can enter the venue from the Church Street entrance.

Guests of the Embassy Suites Hotel may park in the Laurel Street and Beach Street lots. To access the meeting room, walk through the Bank OZK Arena lobby, all the way down the concourse, past the exhibit halls, through the lobby to Horner Hall.

May 9
A high school graduation ceremony will be held in the Bank OZK Arena on May 9. Consequently, the entire arena will be locked down, which includes the Embassy Suites Hotel skybridge. Guests will need to walk outside to enter the convention center. See the attached map for available entrances on second day of the event. The most convenient parking lot will be the Church Street Lot. Most people attending the graduation ceremony will park in the Laurel Street and Beech Street lots.

The dress code is business casual, but please dress in layers! With layers, you'll be able to remove your outer layer if the venue gets too hot, or add one if the temperature drops.
