The General Session will be held in Salons A-C. Enter the Little Rock Marriott Hotel's front sliding doors and turn right through the Great Lobby. Veer left and take the escalator to Ballroom Level 2. As soon as you reach the top, you'll be facing Salons A-C. See the hotel floor plan.
Parking expenses related to company events are eligible for reimbursement through our standard reimbursement process.
Self parking is available at the Second and Main Parking garage, which is operated by the City of Little Rock and is two blocks from the hotel. Validation tickets will be distributed to event attendees who park in this garage.
The Little Rock Marriott Hotel offers valet parking services to overnight and daily guests. Parking fees for overnight guests are automatically applied to the event's master bill. Daily guests who choose to valet park should seek reimbursement.
Guestrooms are blocked at the Little Rock Marriott Hotel for guests who work in the following regional offices. You may check in May 10 and check out May 12.

To reserve a guestroom, you must register by April 17.
If you work remotely from home and live within Central Arkansas, you may not select a guestroom during registration.

- Breakfast buffet: Classic continental breakfast items with scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, sausage links, stone ground grits, potato and caramelized onion hash browns.
