Please select your lodging options during registration, and a rooming list will be submitted directly to the hotel. Do not make your own reservations.  Confirmations numbers will be distributed after the room list has been processed. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations after this window will result in your individual cost center being charged.
