Park your Car

Ample parking is available at the garages of 2nd and Main streets and the DoubleTree Hotel. Please collect validation tickets at the check-in tables.

The Marriott Hotel offers valet parking at a rate of $19 per day. Employees are responsible for their own valet expenses.

Find metered and handicap accessible parking in front of the statehouse convention center.

Enjoy a Drink or Two

All guests shall receive two complimentary drink coupons that can be redeemed at the bars for alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages will be charged to the event. Please collect your coupons from the check-in table. Bars will accept cash and credit cards if you wish to purchase additional drinks.

When the ballroom doors open at 7 p.m., please migrate to the ballroom and find a seat. The bars will promptly close at this time and reopen after the program. 

Take a Photo

Have your photo taken by a professional photographer between 6 – 7 p.m. and 8:30 – 9:30 p.m. Photos will be available for download after the event.

Book your Stay

Receive a special booking rate at the Marriott Hotel for $149 per night on Friday, October 3. Make your reservation online by September 5, 2025 or call 877-759-6290 to request the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield room block.

Please do not take any table centerpieces or event décor, as many pieces are rentals and do not belong to Arkansas Blue Cross. We wish to maintain wicked style throughout the evening.
