Whether your prom was the highlight of high school, a night you'd rather forget, or an event you never attended at all, here's your chance for a do-over. Join us as we celebrate employees with 10 or more years of service at our annual recognition event, reimagined as a Second Chance Prom. This special evening honors your dedication, contributions, and commitment while bringing back all the fun of a classic prom night.

Step into a night filled with nostalgic touches, music, dancing, photo opportunities, and plenty of memories waiting to be made. From corsages to crowning a Prom King and Queen, we're bringing back the traditions you remember.

One adult guest, 21 years and above, is allowed per employee. Guests may not work for the company unless he/she is the spouse of an invitee, in which case, years of service do not apply.

The maximum event capacity is 640 guests. The main ballroom seats up to 575 guests for dinner and the program. An overflow room can accommodate an additional 64 guests. Guests seated in the overflow room will have access to large-screen monitors to view the program live. We are working to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone and appreciate your flexibility. Cancellation fees of $75 per person will apply if canceled beyond September 23.

Reception: 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Dinner and Program: 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

8:30 - 11 p.m.
The fun doesn't end after dinner. Stay for an evening of sing-alongs, song requests, and dancing!

To help manage rising event costs, this year's Ten Year Club celebration is being held at a new venue. This change allows us to continue hosting this special event while being mindful of expenses and ensuring the tradition can continue. Thank you for your understanding.

Prom King & Queen

Every prom needs royalty! When you register for the event, you'll have the opportunity to indicate whether you'd like your name included on the ballot for Prom King or Prom Queen. During the event, attendees will have the chance to vote for their favorite candidates, and the winners will be crowned before the evening concludes. 

Honoree - Prom Photo Request

Applies to ONLY HONOREES who were hired in a year ending in a 1 or 6:
1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016

We're putting together a special video to recognize HONOREES (hire date ending in a 1 or 6), and we'd love to feature your prom photo. Dust off those yearbooks, photo albums, or shoeboxes and send us your best throwback!

No prom photo? No problem! Feel free to submit a photo of yourself dressed up for another special occasion, such as homecoming, a gala, formal dance, or other memorable event (no wedding dresses).

Have a date in the photo you'd rather not spotlight? We can try to crop them out or give them the witness protection treatment with a blackout box, but no promises.
