Prom night wouldn't be complete without pictures! Visit our professional photographer between 6 - 7 p.m. and 8:30 - 9:30 p.m. to capture your red-carpet moment. Photos will be available for download after the event.

Look, Don't Touch

We know the décor is prom-worthy, but please leave all centerpieces and decorations in place. Many items are rentals, and we'd love to keep the magic intact all evening long.

Prom Punch & Cheers

Enjoy a complimentary hosted bar featuring beer, wine, and our signature spiked punch. When the ballroom doors open at 7 p.m., please make your way to your seat for the program. The bars will close during the program and reopen afterward.

Parking at the Venue at Westwind is currently being expanded to accommodate additional guests. We will provide parking details, directions, and any special instructions as the event approaches.
