Providing benefits that help you feel secure and grow professionally and personally are a part of recruiting great interns. The following is an outline of the benefits available to you as an intern.
HOLIDAYS
Independence Day:
July 4
Interns are not paid for holidays.
PAY DAY
You will be paid every other Friday. Payroll checks are deposited directly into your checking or savings account.
BUSINESS HOURS
The office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. Flexible hours are available in some areas.
PARKING
We offer free parking at each of our office locations in either a garage or lot.
Exercise Facilities
Club Blue is a self-directed exercise facility located on the ground level of the USAble Corporate Center’s parking deck. You can work-out there for free! Locker rooms and showers making the transition from workout, back to work or home easier.
Another designated area for exercise is available in the Gaines office building on the first floor. It's equipped with cardio and strength machines. Please wipe machines with a sanitation wipe after use.
Workday Learning
Workday Learning demonstrates our commitment to build strong human resources and management skills throughout the enterprise. Required and elected training is accessible through this online portal, and it provides tools to help you:
- Privacy and Security training and Code of Conduct training
- Search for classes and other learning resources
- Create an individual development plan and track progress toward your goals
- Register for classes and online learning
- Launch and take web-based training
- View your transcript of classes and learning activities
Smoke Free
Arkansas Blue Cross facilities are smoke-free environments. No one is allowed to smoke on property.
