Select the Event Hub button on homepage or top navigation menu. From there, you’ll see all your registered sessions. Click the View Session button to read more details about the session and enter the meeting.

To ensure an optimal Zoom experience, please follow these tips:

• Open your Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browser. The website is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
• Reduce streaming to multiple devices within your home. 
• Close all other applications on your computer.

If you still have trouble connecting to a session, try this:

• Disconnect from the VPN. (firewalls may prevent entry)  
• Turn off your web camera after an extended period, if needed. We want to see your face as long as possible.

Yes! Please turn on your camera so we can see your shining face and new haircut, if you have one. We want to create the most engaging experience possible.

While we'd love to have them, attendance is limited to summer interns or by invitation only.

On the My Schedule page and the Directory page, you can request virtual meetings with 1-4 people. You'll be taken to a private meeting room, where you can see each other on camera, talk and share screens. Please only schedule meetings during free time.
