Dress for Your Day?

Employees are expected to dress appropriately for the day scheduled on business calendars. If the day or position does not require being in front of customers or making presentations, employees’ attire may be more casual. Employees working in customer-facing positions or making presentations, however, are expected to wear business attire or designated company-branded clothing.

Appropriate attire for a business meeting in the office:

  • Shirt or blouse
  • Company-branded shirt
  • Slacks
  • Traditional professional attire
  • Dress shoes

Appropriate attire for working in the office with no meetings:

  • Casual shirt with no logos
  • Casual dress
  • Appropriate shoes

Appropriate attire for working from home and attending virtual meetings:

  • Any pants or skirt

Appropriate attire for working from home with no meetings:

  • Not monitored, but remember that you may be asked to attend an impromptu meeting and you will be responsible for your attire.

  • T-shirts bearing logos with the exception of company logos
  • Any clothing bearing offensive language
  • Frayed jeans or jeans with holes
