Employee ID Badges
The enterprise believes that the security of our employees and interns and the confidentiality of our members is of significant importance. Please remember to:
- Wear your ID badge with your photo visible at all times in any building. You must show your badge to the security guard each time you enter a building.
- Scan your badge every time you enter a division or workspace where a badge reader is present.
- Do not piggyback on another employee’s or intern’s badge.
- Do not use another employee’s badge to gain access to a workspace. If someone forgets a badge, there are processes in place to allow access for the day.
- You are responsible for keeping your badge safe and out of the hands of unauthorized persons.
- If your badge is lost, it must be reported to the Human Resource Administration immediately.
- A charge is assessed for lost badges.
- You must follow the guidelines in the policy manual for visits by family or friends during work hours. Security violations or potential problems should be reported to a security officer.
Workday
Workday is the HR system the enterprise uses to manage employees’ personal information, payroll, time off and a variety of other HR-related administrative tasks. Employees will have access to Workday to do pre-employment paperwork and will continue to use Workday as an employee to perform administrative functions, such as submitting timecards, requesting time off, and managing benefit options.
In Workday, employees will need to set up a direct deposit request for their paychecks.
- Login to Workday
- Click on ‘Dashboard’
- Select ‘Pay’
- Click on ‘Payment Elections’ under the Action section
- Click ‘Edit’ at the top of the screen, and then modify, or add accounts for your deposits accordingly
